1. You argue with the people around you a lot more than usual

You probably just need some time to yourself again .

2. You find being alone uncomfortable

If, after nine hours of sleep, you only need three Venti Cappuccinos to get you going, it is not a lack of sleep, but a general lack of regeneration time – both for the body and for the head. Because we humans are fundamentally social beings and are used to being around people all the time, we often don’t even notice when we’ve burned out from too much social contact.

5. You hardly recognize yourself
Circumstances in which you felt safe until recently, you begin to question: Is that really what I want?
