Is my relationship healthy with money?

Is my relationship healthy with money?

What beliefs do you have that are preventing you from getting your finances in order? Find out in a playful way.

How is your relationship with money? Do you always feel like you don’t have enough? Or do you think that this purchase must still be in there (even though it may not be)?

We learned a lot about how we think about money from an early age. And just as we can have difficult relationships with many different things (our body, for example), so can money. This then has to do with learned beliefs that no longer help us today, but rather hold us back.

This is particularly important for women, as they often rely on their partners when it comes to finances and often play a passive role themselves. But that’s not even her fault. Finance is often seen as a male issue and that is why the entire market has so far been designed for men.

How do you feel?
The game consists of reflection cards designed to help you identify your beliefs about money and what myths about money you believe. Questions are for example:

What would you like to change about your relationship around money?
What were you taught about money growing up and how do you feel about it today?
In what context does the thought of money trigger positive feelings in you and when negative ones?
What would you do if you were given 100,000 euros today?
How does it feel when you look at your account?
Do you measure your worth by the money you make?
Imagine talking to your younger self about money. What advice would you give her/him?
Change something now
In addition to the reflection cards, the game consists of action cards. There are always clear tasks formulated here that you have to fulfill and that help to talk more about money and to strengthen your newly formulated beliefs. Tasks are for example:
